MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: All items come with a 30 day return policy. All customers must acquire an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to return. To acquire a RMA# Please call 1-888-852-5340 or email us at email@KingsSupply.com. We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. A 15% restocking charge will apply. All Returns Must Be Pre-Approved. Shipping costs, to and from, are Non-Refundable. The customer must pay shipping charges to return goods, except when damaged or defective upon arrival.
Manufacturer’s warranty applies to products, if none stated, then 90 day warranty for parts and merchandise only (no labor or consequential damages) shall apply.
Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving your return we will credit your account for the purchase price less restocking charge, shipping and handling cost. We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear damaged upon return. We will make every effort to resolve problems to your satisfaction. We are on your side, and doing business with us will prove it! Customer satisfaction is our goal.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY: Returned checks subject to a $25.00 Returned Check Fee for checks under $250.00, and a $40.00 Returned Check Fee for checks $250.00 - $1,000.00. $75.00 Returned Check Fee for checks over $1,000.00. Interest at 1.9% per month shall be charged on delinquent accounts. We reserve the right to recover the costs of collection of delinquent accounts, including court costs, reasonable attorney and/or collection agency fees. Our terms are "Pre-paid" unless otherwise agreed.
UNPAID CUSTOMS DUTIES & BROKERAGE FEES: When foreign customers neglect, refuse or otherwise do not pay the carrier (UPS, FedEX, Postal Service or other carrier) the Customs Duties and/or Brokerage Fees associated with shipments out of the United States, and we are charged back these amounts by our shippers, we reserve the right to charge the customer's credit card or checking account for this amount, plus a US$15.00 service fee, without prior notice. Customer shall be advised of this charge when placed against their account.
WE STRIVE to keep all items in stock at all times. When an item is temporarily out of stock, we shall make every attempt to notify you of this backorder. If shortage is expected to be less than two weeks, we may not notify you and instead ship when stock arrives at our warehouse.
